The Nomad Safaris Self Drive 4WD Experience puts you in the driving seat. Get behind the wheel of one of our signature Land Rover Defenders while our expert instructors teach you essential off-road skills.
We will take you to an amazing Queenstown backcountry location where you will have the chance to drive on our purpose built test track. The tour can also include an iconic crossing of the Arrow River (subject to conditions). The views are stunning and this is such a fun tour for all levels of experience.
Passengers are allowed to join too, adults for $304, children for $160 (From 1 October 2026 adults for $315, children for $170).
